At Gutter Brothers, we are thrilled to introduce our new hiring and training initiative, Gutter Brothers University (GBU). This program is designed to ensure that we attract and develop the best gutterinstallers inthe industry. What is Gutter Brothers Unlversity? GBU is an in-house training program aimed at providing comprehensive education and hands-on experience to our new hires. This structured program will help our installers master the skills necessary to delver exceptional service while upholding the high standards associated withthe Gutter Brothers name.

Structured Learning: Our curriculum will cover essential installation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
Hands-On Experience: Trainees will gain practical skills through real-world scenarios, guided by experienced professionals.
Safety Emphasis: We prioritize safety in all aspects of our work, ensuring our installers are trained in best practices to protect themselves and our customers

Continuous Development: GBU is committed to the ongoing improvement of our team, providing regular workshops and training updates. To enroll please successfully complete the pre-screening evaluation for hiring gutter installers, by visiting the Rain_ Gutter Association’s Gutter Installer Pre-Screening Course.
